Sadasivam is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Certified Management Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and a Graduate of Commerce.

In a career that spanned almost 30 years, he previously worked with some of India's most reputed Companies in several finance positions and also has vast abroad experience in Audits for over 10 years.

His expertise is in Financial planning, MIS, Budgeting, Liaising, Audits, Working Capital Management, Costing, Merger and Amalgamation and Business valuations. He plays active role in mentoring the firm for its growth and towards the vision and is most passionate about counselling the next generation in making Chartered accountancy as a career path.
