Keerthy S

Keerthy is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is an Associate Company Secretary. He has a Masters in Commerce and is a Graduate of Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai. Keerthy S is also a Co Founder of Jagadeesh & Keerthy erstwhile known as "Jagadeesh Keerthy and Sarayu".

After completion of his internship in chennai, he had his initial instinct with Tata Capital Limited as part of the Credit team. He has been a practicing Chartered accountant for over 7 years now. His works in the firm are associated with trusts, not for profit organizations, small and medium enterprises, startups, early stage fund raisers, SEBI registered Venture Capital & Alternative Investment Funds and is also involved extensively in audits, financial due diligence, compliance, review of financial statements, analysis and management decisions. He has also been heading teams for Process Audit of Retail Chain stores of a leading Manufacturing Company.

His expertise includes Companies Law, setting up of trust funds, incorporating, setting up and managing exits of SEBI registered funds.
